"Blending disco whoosh with raw emotion is a rum old task: do it right and it's transcendental; do it wrong and you're not quite sure if you're supposed to be dancing or sobbing. Happily Lo-Fi-Fnk get it more or less right. Ecstatic punkfloor disco crammed full of buzzy eight-bit synthesizer, digital horn blasts, choppy gated beats and cooing male-female vocals. It vibrates with heart, like a Daft-Punk robot having a "Luke...I am your father" moment. [Louis Patterson NME Single Review]
"Pure disco-whoosh. Makes us want to down tools and dance 'til our legs bleed" [on the NME stereo]
"The Swedish duo have fashioned an infectious, eccentric helium-pumped style of electro/post-house which suggests p(l)inky and perky playing around with Prince, Four Tet and James Murphy, thus satisfying both feet and frontal lobes. A result, by any standard" [Time Out Single Review]
"Three minutes of stop-start automatom fun gilded with a dreamy pop vocal" [Indy Music Mag]
